He founded Alethia Venture Partners to bring institutional-grade capital and operational discipline to early-stage companies across Beverage, CPG, and Technology.

Zach brings a distinguished legal career to Alethia, having served as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force and as an Assistant District Attorney for Orange County, Texas. His legal expertise and institutional discipline inform the firm's governance, compliance, and deal structuring across both funds.

He has held senior leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, Activision Blizzard, and Element Biosciences. At Alethia, Brian leads talent strategy and organizational development for the firm and its portfolio companies.

Logan is a finance executive with deep expertise in accounting, financial operations, and corporate strategy. His career includes senior roles at PwC, Illumina, and Element Biosciences. At Alethia, Logan oversees financial diligence, portfolio reporting, and fund operations across both Fund I and Fund II.

Bob is a serial entrepreneur and technology executive best known for founding HazardHub, a property risk data company acquired by Guidewire Software. He currently serves as CEO of Property Lens, an Alethia Fund II advisory company. Bob brings deep founder experience and technology sector expertise to the investment team.

Brittany leads business development at Alethia Venture Partners, driving deal sourcing, founder relationships, and strategic partnerships across both funds. She plays a key role in expanding the firm's network within the Beverage, CPG, and Technology ecosystems.
